02About the Role

As we continue to rapidly scale our revenue and sales organization, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven sales operations leader who can help lead us through the next phase of growth by owning productivity, process and execution across sales functions.   You are the right person if you are a leader who inspires confidence across the organization, always thinks about how something can be done better, are a highly analytical problem solver, and someone who focuses on impact and action. The VP of Sales Operations will report to the VP Global Sales and be based in either New York or San Francisco.



  • 8+ years of Sales Operations or similar experience with 3+ years in a senior leadership role at a high growth B2B SaaS company.  Strategy consulting experience a plus.
  • Experience building a high growth customer-facing organization from $10m to $100m in revenue
  • Deep experience implementing sales technology and methodologies
  • An expert at building data models in order to build actionable insights 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Extensive experience rolling out programs and processes across a large number of people
  • MBA a plus



The VP of Sales Operations will play five critical functions supporting the Sales team and company growth:

  • Business partner to the VP of Global Sales.  Help with policy decisions, meeting management, project execution, deck creation, Exec/Board communication, and general organization at the executive level.
  • Sales effectiveness.  Own the things that make the Sales organization more effective including the sales process and tech stack and working cross functionally to ensure a successful demand generation process.
  • Reporting and analytics.  Provide the framework for tracking and analyzing metrics that enable the health and continuous improvement of the sales organization.  Own the accuracy of the pipeline and forecast. Always be able to answer three questions – are we going to hit our goals today, are we going to hit our goals in the future, and what levers do we pull to help each person and the organization exceed expectations?
  • Strategy and planning.  Think long term by developing and executing strategies for things such as goal structure and compensation, resource planning, territory definition, and team structure.  Build and own the annual sales plan and performance to plan.
