02About the Role 

As’s Developer Platform has grown over the past two years, we’ve had the privilege of forming deep strategic relationships with technology companies that sit all over the map of professional video workflow. is now looking to take the next step in partner and developer support by forming a Worldwide Developer Relations team. As a member of this team, your mission is to empower our technology partners to build the best possible integrated experiences for their users, and their businesses.

You will be the key liaison for all of’s key strategic partners, working tightly with our Platform and Developer Advocacy team, as well as our Enterprise Sales and Product organizations. From tactical executions like strategic account mapping, to informational support like strategic roadmap presentations, to creative exercises like technical workflow ideation, your role is to take the excitement of our top partners, and turn it into mutual and meaningful business success.



  • You have previous experience in a technical account management role
  • You are a video workflow dynamo -- you know instinctively how tools should fit together
  • You’re obsessed with helping other people and teams soar
  • You’re memorable, and you believe everyone else is, too -- you can tell stories about strangers you’ve met in airports


04Bonus points if you have

  • Creative video experience, ideally in broadcast or post
  • Willingness to travel
  • The ability to be / work in NYC at least 1 week per month



  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand technical customer needs
  • Define, build, and maintain customer-enabling tools
  • Serve as a point of technical escalation and triage for Account Management, Sales Engineering, and Developer Relations
